This Distribution Agreement is made between Meloi Digital and the Artist / Label / Distributor.
Meloi Digital will provide distribution services for the user's music, videos, and digital content across various music platforms and streaming stores.
Artists, Labels, and Distributors retain full ownership of their original content. Meloi Digital does not claim ownership of any content.
The user grants Meloi Digital permission to upload, distribute, monetize, and manage content on digital platforms.
Meloi Digital provides distribution services to platforms such as:
Meloi Digital will provide royalties to Artists, Labels, and Distributors based on platform reports. Royalty payments will be processed through the selected payment method.
The user confirms that:
If any copyright claim or legal issue arises regarding uploaded content, the user will bear full responsibility.
Meloi Digital reserves the right to remove content at any time due to platform policy violations, copyright issues, or illegal activities.
If any party violates the terms of this agreement, Meloi Digital may cancel the agreement or suspend the account.
Meloi Digital reserves the right to update or modify this agreement at any time.
By using Meloi Digital services, the user agrees to accept all terms and conditions of this Distribution Agreement.
