This Visual Agreement is made between Meloi Digital and the Artist / Label / Distributor / Creator.
Meloi Digital provides services for managing, protecting, distributing, and monetizing visual such as Music Videos, Short Videos, Reels, Cover Videos, Promotional Videos, and other digital visual across multiple platforms.
Artists, Labels, Distributors, and Creators retain full ownership of their original visual content. Meloi Digital does not claim ownership of any visual content.
The user grants Meloi Digital permission to upload, distribute, monetize, protect, and manage their visual content on digital platforms.
Meloi Digital provides services for platforms such as:
Meloi Digital provides Visual Claim Management, Protection, and Unauthorized Use Monitoring services.
Eligible visual will be monetized according to platform monetization policies. Revenue and royalty payments will be provided according to the selected agreement.
The user confirms that:
If any copyright claim, strike, or legal dispute arises regarding uploaded visual content, the user will bear full responsibility.
Meloi Digital reserves the right to remove visual at any time due to platform policy violations, copyright issues, or illegal activities.
If any user violates the terms of this agreement, Meloi Digital may suspend the account or terminate the agreement.
Meloi Digital reserves the right to update or modify this agreement at any time.
By using Meloi Digital services, the user agrees to accept all terms and conditions of this Visual Agreement.
