This White Label Software Agreement is made between Meloi Digital and the Client / Company / Distributor / Service Provider.
Meloi Digital provides White Label Software services that allow clients to operate digital services using their own Brand Name, Logo, and Company Identity.
Meloi Digital provides the following White Label services:
Clients are allowed to use their own Brand Name, Logo, Domain, and Company Information. Meloi Digital will provide technical support as the original software provider.
The original ownership and system rights of the software remain under Meloi Digital. Clients will receive a license to use the software according to the selected agreement.
The client confirms that:
Clients must pay all required payments, subscriptions, or renewal fees for White Label Software services on time. If the Renewal Fee is not paid on time, the account may be disabled. Additionally, after purchasing the White Label Software, any subscription plan payments will not be refunded by Meloi Digital in case of technical or service-related issues.
Meloi Digital will provide Technical Support, Bug Fixing, and System Update services according to the support policy.
Meloi Digital is not responsible for temporary service issues caused by third-party platform policy changes, API restrictions, or external technical problems.
If the client violates the terms of this agreement, Meloi Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service.
Both the client and Meloi Digital agree to keep business information, login information, and system data confidential.
Meloi Digital reserves the right to modify or update this agreement at any time.
By using Meloi Digital White Label Software services, the client agrees to accept all terms and conditions of this agreement.
