This CMS & MCN Agreement is made between Meloi Digital and the Artist / Label / Distributor / Content Creator.
Meloi Digital provides YouTube CMS, MCN, Content Management, Monetization, and Digital Rights Protection services for users.
Meloi Digital provides the following services:
Artists, Labels, Distributors, and Content Creators retain full ownership of their original content. Meloi Digital does not claim ownership of any content.
The user grants Meloi Digital permission to monetize, manage, and collect revenue from their content across supported platforms.
Revenue generated from YouTube and other platforms will be paid to the Artist, Label, Distributor, or Content Creator according to the selected agreement.
The user confirms that:
Meloi Digital provides Copyright Claim Management, Visual Claim Management, and Unauthorized Content Monitoring services. However, the user is fully responsible for any false claims or legal disputes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
If any user violates platform policies or this agreement, Meloi Digital reserves the right to suspend the account or terminate services.
Meloi Digital is not responsible for policy changes, monetization disablement, revenue loss, or channel suspension caused by YouTube or other third-party platforms.
Meloi Digital reserves the right to modify or update this agreement at any time.
By using Meloi Digital CMS & MCN services, the user agrees to accept all terms and conditions of this agreement.
